2. Ordering
By submitting an order on this website, you are making an offer to purchase the items at the stated prices. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy the food items described.
A contract between you and us is formed when we send you a confirmation email with a PayPal invoice. Orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All orders require a minimum of 2 hours' notice. Large or custom orders (5+ platters or events) require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
These terms are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/3134) for distance selling.
3. Delivery & Collection
Delivery is available within a 3-mile radius of our store at 1 Newport Avenue, London E14 2ED. Delivery zones, fees, and minimum order values are shown during checkout and may vary by postcode.
For collections, please arrive at the preferred time you specified during checkout. We cannot guarantee orders will be held indefinitely after the agreed collection time.
Estimated delivery times (45–60 minutes) are indicative only and may be affected by factors outside our control such as traffic conditions.
4. Right to Cancel — Distance Selling
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specification or are clearly personalised, or goods liable to deteriorate rapidly — which includes fresh food made to order.
Therefore, once your order is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under the right to cancel.
However, if you need to cancel a confirmed order, please contact us as soon as possible at 020 7538 4619 or subwayvq@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled order time.
5. Refunds
As our products are fresh and made to order, we do not offer routine refunds once preparation has begun. We will, however, issue a full or partial refund if:
- The order was significantly different from what was described.
- The food was unsafe or unfit for consumption.
- We are unable to fulfil your order after taking payment.
To raise a refund request, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at subwayvq@gmail.com.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices shown on this website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your confirmed order will apply.
Payment is by PayPal invoice sent to your email address after order submission. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
7. Allergens & Food Safety
Our kitchen handles products containing gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other major allergens as listed in Annex II of EU Regulation No. 1169/2011 (retained in UK law). We take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or our products is limited to the value of the order in question. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer it to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or the relevant trading standards authority.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
